Roger enjoys playing chess, is trying to master Argentine tango and has recently completed a first 10K run for charity.

He is a Trustee and Director of Sibs, (www.sibs.org.uk) a charity supporting the brothers and sisters of disabled children and adults and an active fund raiser for Martin House Children’s Hospice (www.martinhouse.org.uk) for life limited and dying children.

Kjell is Partner in Norway and Managing Director – Expansion Markets. He is a recruiting executive for Norwegian and international clients within most industries, having experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial & entrepreneurial, Engineering, FMCG, and Financial industries.

Kjell has been a partner and consultant in the HR and executive search community for more than 12 years. Most of his career he has been working for major multinational companies such as The Shell Group of Companies, Exxon and Honeywell having held senior executive positions both on national and international levels. He also has experience from The Royal Norwegian Defence organisation.

Kjell has board experience as chairman and board representative of several Shell subsidiaries.

Mr. Johnsen is a certified user of CEB team and individual assessment and development tools.

Education:

Kjell holds a Masters degree in Engineering with operations research from University of Sussex in England.
