Andreas has worked with search, recruitment and the whole process within since 2021. His primary experience comes from the industrial and production industry, where his main tasks was to uncover the customer's needs, search for skilled candidates and make contact to the most suitable ones.

With Andreas’ educational background in journalism, he has attained knowledge of how to contact and communicate with clients and candidates in the best and most professional way – both in written and oral settings.

By using all of the above-mentioned attributes, Andreas is able to create the best possible matches between clients and candidates.
