Astrid´s main experience comes from recruiting candidates within the industrial sector including construction, manufacturing, warehousing and more. This has given Astrid a thorough understanding of the industrial sector and the issues faced when identifying and supplying suitable candidates to industrial clients.

Astrid has an educational background within journalism and has experience with carrying out lengthy and in-depth database searches. She is responsible for researching and sourcing information on prospective candidates, in conjunction with having qualitative conversations with the candidates to have a full understanding of their skills, knowledge and personality.
