Since 2004 Barbara has been working as headhunter and HR consultant in different industries. She is currently operating in an international environment developing the potential and actual skills of executives and managers.

Over the years her network and results have provided a strong competencies within evaluation of human resources, development as well as spotting talent and recruiting the people to the right companies. Previously she has acquired great experience within sales and organizational development at international companies.
