Since 2008 Claudio has been working with headhunting, onboarding and career advisory on a professional and international level. Over the years his network and many solved assignments has led to a strong executive experience mainly in flexible packaging industries.

Before entering the HR business he held positions such as CEO, Sales Technical manager, Sales Director, Managing Director and his experience has provided him with a thoroughly understanding of the business agenda and organizational development often needed in executive search and consulting.

He has experience with Executive search, M/A, talent acquisitions, coaching and board governance.
