Since 1997 Marco has been working with headhunting, assessment, junior talent evaluation, and management training for medium sized and large companies in Italy.
Prior to his headhunting career, Marco worked in the HR department of a large FMCG American company, as HR development manager and process improvement manager. In 1995 he started as full time consultant for HR development in organizations, mainly as a coach and project manager of the development of process and professional capabilities.
He has experience with Executive search, management training, individual coaching, mentoring, and evaluation of management capabilities. He has gained extensive experiences within FMCG, Automotive, and ITC industries.
He was, for many years, visiting professor in Turin University of management (SAA), teaching Organization. Also he works as a clinical psychologist.
