She has worked with recruitment from A to Z, she is solution oriented and enjoy matching exciting jobs with the right candidates, as well as helping candidates achieve their future goals and make a difference in their career.

In addition to her full-time position, she is studying HD (higher diploma education) at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). She is in the second year of HD1 and expect to start HD2 in Organization & Management shortly after completing HD1 (May 2023). Monica is honored to have the opportunity to read HD alongside her work. HD gives her the opportunity to use her knowledge from the study directly in her job.
