Before entering the consultancy business, Mirja excelled in global sales and marketing management roles, spanning industries such as sporting goods, electronics, OEM-products, jewelry, luxury watches, and medical devices. She held key positions like Commercial Director, Vice President Sales, Marketing Manager, Export Manager, and Sales Manager, overseeing significant sales revenues on a global scale. Her accomplishments include driving substantial sales revenues and contributing to the success of manufacturing and importing companies worldwide, particularly in Finland.

Mirja’s problem-solving abilities are highlighted through her coaching efforts, where she has guided both individuals and teams, providing also Career Advisory and Onboarding services tailored to meet unique needs.
