In addition to her work in service and gastronomy, where she was able to demonstrate her communication skills, resilience and team spirit, she developed an early interest in psychology and human behaviour.

Julia Adam
Julia Adam successfully completed her A-levels in 2024 and has already gained a wide range of practical experience during her school years. In addition to her work in service and gastronomy, where she was able to demonstrate her communication skills, resilience and team spirit, she developed an early interest in psychology and human behaviour.
This interest is also reflected in her analytical thinking and her ability to quickly get up to speed with new topics.
During her school years, Julia also supported the Birn+Partners research team. Here, she learned how to research and prepare information in a structured and goal-oriented manner. Her open and friendly approach to people, her curiosity and her eye for detail help her to optimally support our experienced consultants and researchers.
Julia is at the beginning of her career and brings fresh perspectives, high motivation and a willingness to continuously develop herself. She wants to use her passion for research and psychology to make a sustainable contribution as a working student in the research department.
