Till 2005 Marco developed his experience on international projects mainly in the Automotive and Aeronautical Sector. From 2006 to 2017 has been working as Chief Human Resources Officer in a fast-growing ICT Company and finally as Chief Marketing Officer.

After some years spent in Business Development as Managing Director in the Language Industry and other entrepreneurial projects, in 2023 joined Birn+Parners as Executive Consultant.
