Torsten focuses on supporting companies in the healthcare, mechanical engineering and FMCG sectors. He has more than 25 years of management and leadership experience, including high-level positions in the pharmaceutical, medical device and machinery indus-tries, where he executed leadership and projects with sustainable success.

As a consultant his focus is on executive search and career advisory to provide com-panies and executives in these industries with his in-depth expertise.

Torsten has built up an extensive national and international network and a comprehensive generalist expertise when working for renowned market players. He was successfully lead-ing organisations and teams in the areas of board & general management, strategy, M & A, sales & marketing, business development, medical affairs, quality control and assurance (QA/QC) and finance.

During his many years in the pharmaceutical supply industry, he has also developed an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes including CDMOs, industrial equipment, machinery and raw materials.

Due to his profound background, Torsten very well understands the needs of both his cli-ents and candidates and is always striving to find the best and most successful talents and solutions.

Education
University Degree in Chemistry and a PhD in Biotechnology.
