Now his focus is on the field of executive search and consultancy to provide his in-depth expertise to clients in healthcare and relevant supplier industries.
Due to the national and international responsibilities exercised in different renowned market players, Torsten has built up a comprehensive network and a detailed high-level managerial and specialist knowledge, e. g. in the areas of general management, sales & marketing, business development, medical affairs, quality affairs and finance.
During many years of work in the pharmaceutical supply sector, he has also developed a well-founded understanding of the processes of pharmaceutical production including CDMOs, industrial plants, machines and starting materials.
Based on his profound background, Torsten very well understands the needs of both his clients and candidates in the rapidly developing Healthcare market landscape to find the best and the most sustainable solution.
Education
Torsten holds a University Degree in Chemistry and a PhD in Biotechnology.
