Riitta is part of our Pharma and Life Science team and has experience with both global and local companies. Riitta has worked for listed biotechnology companies in Finland, where she was responsible for investor relations and stock exchange communications with the management team.
Riitta has a strong background in marketing and communications in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Over the last 30 years, she has worked in various marketing and communications roles in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and biotechnology companies. She also has experience as an entrepreneur, having built her own communications agency.
Riitta has worked in leadership positions, where she recruited people from various organizations and focused on transformation and team building. She considers herself an expert in organizational development. Creative thinking, an understanding of marketing, company brand, sales, and organizational development are all in Riitta's portfolio, which she shares with others. Riitta is also familiar with boardroom work.
