With a career spanning over 30 years in business development and sales, including more than two decades serving as a CEO for various companies, Mona-Maria has built an extensive international track record across consulting, pharmaceuticals, biotech, marketing, and communications.

Over the course of her career, she has successfully executed over 600 executive searches and consulting mandates. Within the life sciences arena alone, she has delivered over 180 strategic specialist assignments. Her consultancy expertise is further strengthened by her hands-on work managing interim business operations since 2001 and designing leadership development programmes for more than 130 executives and managers.
