Christine has over 25 years of experience in Executice Search. Her career in this segment started at Baumgartner & Partner, a formerly well-known and reputed Executive Search Company in Germany.

Being quickly involved in project management and execution, she received more and more responsibility for both projects and new employees in the research department. From then on she continued her path in HR Consultancy and Recruiting systematically and worked in several national and international Executive Search companies.

She always used to work cross-industry but developed deep competencies in specific market sectors like Agribusiness, Automotive, Energy, Logistics and Manufacturing.

During her career she successfully led multiple national and multinational projects and placed candidates throughout the whole hierarchy, from specialist functions up to C-level Management positions.

In addition she worked as a Rater in Assessments and thus gained Know-how in aptitude diagnostics what gives her and add-on in the selection and evaluation of candidates.

Learning it from the scratch she developed a profound expertise in search and consultancy, which enables her to deeply understand each step in the process and to generate the best results for the customer.
