She has been advising senior leaders, board members, and organisations on accelerating their performance and growth by providing future leadership skills, cultural fit, diversity, and innovation for sustainable talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development strategies.

Prior to this role, she successfully established and led a Swiss executive search boutique and a Business Center (WWBC). This hands-on experience as a leader    and startup entrepreneur further enriches her expertise.
