Lars Holm is partner and managing the local office in Aarhus. He is driven by helping organizations create great leadership through executive search and leadership development. Lars has been part of Birn+Partners since January 2019 and he specializes in executive search of management profiles in all areas of an organization.

Lars has experience with various industry sectors ranging from engineering & manufacturing, renewables & supply to building & construction.

During his career, Lars has worked in an international environment and held a global responsibility of sales, marketing and HR. This has given Lars a profound understanding of the business agenda and organizational development in a global context, which is often needed in executive search and consulting.

Over the years Lars has worked with sales and marketing management, talent assessment and development. He is also experienced in developing and implementing strategy, search, recruitment, and onboarding. His main experiences come from an industrial environment, mainly in the graphic industry.

Lars has worked in more than 20 countries and lived in 3 different countries. This has given Lars an international network and experience that give Lars a sturdy base for identifying the needs and challenges many businesses face today.

Lars is known by clients to be a passionate, open-minded and reliable advisor, who uses his great organizational understanding and industry experience to guide organizations towards great leadership and success.
