Over the years Lars has worked with sales and marketing management, talent assessment and development. He is also experienced in developing and implementing strategy, search, recruitment and onboarding. His main experiences come from an industrial environment, mainly in the graphic industry.
Lars has worked in more than 20 countries and lived in 3 different countries. This has given Lars an international network and experience that give Lars a sturdy base for identifying the needs and challenges many businesses face today.
