Nils has more than 30 years of sales and management experience in the ICT environment and has held positions including Regional Manager, Managing Director, Director Sales & Marketing and Sales Manager for international providers of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions.
During this time, he gained extensive experience in various sales and management functions as well as in corporate groups and medium-sized companies.
In 2019, he took over as managing director and owner of a recruitment consultancy specializing in the placement of specialists and executives in the IT/UCC/TK and security technology sector. He uses his broad network, his industry knowledge, and his proven flair for talent, specialists and executives, and brings a high level of understanding for the different needs of his clients and candidates. With the ability to reconcile the mutual needs and wishes and to work together on both sides in a spirit of trust, Nils is your competent contact person for the ICT sector.
