Thomas works with clients throughout the Benelux and beyond, filling senior commercial, general management and board positions in companies where technology, trust and regulation meet. His own executive career spans global business development, OEM and channel partnerships, M&A and full P&L responsibility - as Chief Commercial Officer at SGS Brightsight, Senior Director at NXP Semiconductors and Managing Director in Malaysia. He has co-founded two start-ups and serves as an independent board director, which gives him a first-hand feel for both the boardroom and the operating reality beneath it.

Based in the Benelux with Nordic roots, Thomas brings a genuinely cross-border perspective. He is bilingual in Danish and English, works in German and Dutch, and is attentive to the cultural nuances deciding whether an international appointment succeeds or stalls. That perspective makes him a natural partner for organisations hiring across markets, for Nordic companies scaling into the Benelux, and for Benelux companies expanding northwards.
