New set-up in Norway

We are delighted to announce that effective May 1st, Vermund Nilsen and Tobias Thus will be joining Birn+Partners as partners. Their valuable expertise will significantly contribute to the further development of Birn+Partners in Norway and enhance our offerings to clients across Europe.

With their arrival, we aim to expand our business in Norway by deploying an additional 15 consultants and establishing multiple offices throughout the region. This marks an important milestone for us, as we strive to strengthen our position in the retained search business and advance our company's growth trajectory.

“Birn+Partners is one of the few evidence-based search firms, and they have enjoyed a consistent 20% annual growth rate over the past decade. I am happy to join the company and I am trustful that the new set-up will contribute to further expansion of our client base and increase new growth”, says Vermund Nilsen, new Managing Director for Birn+Partners, Norway.

We help clients acquiring talents and developing organisations through executive search, leadership development and board services. Our goal is to assist on building successful organisations. With a network of 10+ offices across Europe and more in the pipeline, we are confident that we can continue to serve our clients even more effectively in the years ahead, says Mikkel Birn, CEO and founder of Birn+Partners.

“Birn+Partners comprehensive range of services, from search to board consulting, is unrivaled on a Nordic scale, and the partnership with SelectionF (female board network) is particularly exciting, Tobias Thus explains. After many years in the business, we have finally found a company where everything falls into place. We are committed to building a highly professional organisation that delivers unparalleled results to our clients in Norway and other parts of the world”, Vermund Nilsen and Tobias Thus conclude.
