Anna has been working with people, in Human Resources, since the beginning of her career. She was Human Resources Manager in the Headquarters of Italian multinationals in the Consumer Durables and in the Food & Beverage industries, where she took international responsibilities and contributed to the global development of the company.

She has also been in charge of Performance Appraisal, Leadership and Competency Evaluation, People Engagement, Rewarding, Organization Development and Change Management.

In 2015 Anna moved to executive search and headhunting, leveraging on her experience in international search and selection, talent and leadership development, HR Business Partnership and Career Planning.

Now she specializes in Direct Search, Assessment and Onboarding of Executives and Managers in consumers’ goods industry, hospitality, retail and consumer durables.

She is recognized for her insightful and responsive approach to both clients and candidates, her most relevant projects include recruiting – also internationally, - Managers with “hard-to- find” sets of skills.

Having worked in multinationals as a Manager, Anna brings deep insight into clients’ needs in order to search and attract talents with the best expertise and cultural match.

Anna pays great attention to clients’ company culture and makes sure new talent “fits well” and successfully in their new environment.
