In 2015 Anna moved to executive search and headhunting, leveraging on her experience in international search and selection, talent and leadership development, HR Business Partnership and Career Planning.
In her experience she has also been in charge of Performance Appraisal, Leadership and Competency Evaluation, People Engagement, Rewarding, Organization Development and Change Management.
Her most relevant projects include recruiting Managers internationally, Assessment Centers, Induction Programmes for new recruits, designing Team Rewarding Models, Internal / External Succession Planning.
