Antti has over 25 years of experience in sales and sales management. He has a strong business intelligence and an understanding of sales success factors. He is interested in the client’s business development. He has led and coached various sizes of sales units and teams and successfully recruited many top talents.
Since 2017 Antti has been working with executive search, onboarding, and career advisory on a professional and international level. Over the years his network and several solved assignments have led to a strong knowledge within IT, construction, renewable energy, industrial and engineering industries.
Antti has a background as a sales director and has held other positions within sales management. He has a complete understanding of the business and sales organizational development often needed in executive search and consulting. He is an expert in headhunting, executive search, sales growth, coaching, and profit/loss responsibility. Additionally, he has garnered valuable international experience in managing sales and service teams overseas.
