After a couple of years of successful on-site consulting he moved into a business management and sales oriented career path, where he gained 20 years of leadership experience within market leading Software Vendors and System Integrators, including P/L responsible for +400 employees.

From his own management experience he learned how important it is to hire and develop the right talent to run successful businesses, and learned how to match talent with business needs in various business environments.
