She has worked as trusted advisor for big multinationals as well as smaller companies, and has, a.o., been involved in several M&As within the SME-segment.

Helle has worked more than 25 years as board professional at companies – sized from 20 to 300+ employees and from 20 mn. DKK to 1+ bn. DKK in turnover. She has many years of experience with executive search and has been responsible for board educations for 400+ board members, etc. and has done board assessments for many non-executive boards.
