In 2000 Arwid moved into the Executive Search Industry with focus on Finance & IT. Since 2006 he is engaged in the Renewable-/Clean Energy Market especially in Wind Industry, as he is convinced that we need to get a grip on environmental issues like uncontrolled carbon dioxide emissions. On the other hand, there is a huge business potential in Clean Energy which needs the right talents and experts. Meanwhile Arwid is a proven expert and has built and developed a wide and strong network within this industry. Furthermore, has an excellent understanding of matching the right talents to the different needs and demands of his clients in various business situations.
