Mikkel has a background starting in HR, moving into sales as a consultant and later became sales director, ending as managing director. With 10 years from top management positions and additional 15 years of experience within Executive Search and Consulting, he is today an experienced trusted advisor to many executives. Over the years he has gained knowledge and network from helping various executives in different industries.
Mikkel has an international background, having lived in 6 countries, and being responsible for organisations in 12 different markets. Sport has always been a huge part of his life. Today running is his meditation during busy days at the office.
