Linda Ilolander

Linda excels in providing our clients with Executive Search and solutions within ESG, DEI and Employer Branding.

Her multifaceted role encompasses Executive Search, Consulting, and Employer Branding, where she is dedicated to being the clients trusted advisor. Linda's core areas of expertise are research for IT & Tech, Pharma, Life Science, Public Sector, Renewable Energy, and start-up companies. Her goal is always to find inclusive and long-lasting solutions. Linda is a successful researcher and has managed to find new talents in many different fields.

Linda has worked with Executive Search and recruitment for over five years and has several years of experience within B2B-marketing. Linda has a deep interest in cross-Nordic business and co-operation. Linda enjoys working with cross-border business, especially on a Nordic level. Her five-year track record reflects her dedication to matching the right candidates with the right opportunities. Linda has an emotional intelligence (EI) approach to her work that allows her to create meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients.

Linda's interest in societal challenges and development in organizations is reflected in her academic studies and her leisure activities. She consistently strives for knowledge expansion, actively participating in diverse books, - and study groups where ideas are examined and debated.

Linda provides services in English, Swedish and Finnish.

Education:

Master’s degree in economics – Major in organization, leadership, and strategy. Minor in sustainable development with additional studies in labor law.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration – Two majors: marketing and organization.
