Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy CEO at the Swedish Trade Federation, where he led national-level negotiations and played a key role in shaping industry-wide frameworks.

Most recently, he has been engaged in green-tech and digital learning companies, focusing on growth, investor relations, and strategic development.

He brings deep expertise in navigating complex stakeholder environments, leading negotiations, and driving transformation initiatives. Johan is recognized for combining strategic perspective with strong execution, creating measurable and lasting results.

Education 
Johan holds a Master of Laws from Uppsala University and an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics.
