Torsten Ziegler

Torsten is an experienced consultant and sparring partner with top-management background. He supports executives in successfully developing organisations and guiding them through transformations. His Scandinavian-influenced consulting approach combines two key drivers of sustainable business success: identifying and recruiting the right key personnel through executive search and providing targeted support to executives and teams during crises and change processes.

In executive search, his focus is on filling management and key positions in the pharmaceutical, Medtech, mechanical engineering and chemical/biotechnology sectors. In consulting, he advises companies and executives on leadership development initiatives, outplacement projects and strategic and sales-related issues. His aim is not only to optimize organisations’ staffing structures, but also to strengthen executives’ effectiveness in the long term.

His consultancy is based on over 25 years of international management and executive experience, as well as a deep understanding of industrial value chains. He combines strategic vision with operational implementation and develops pragmatic, sustainable solutions.

In senior roles at Abbott, Grünenthal, Körber and Glatt, he was responsible for turnarounds, growth and international transformations, including M&A and PMI.

Thanks to his own leadership experience, he understands the specific challenges posed by crises and transformations, and provides targeted and effective support for recruitment, change-processes and the further development of executives and their organisations.

Education
University Degree in Chemistry and a PhD in Biotechnology.
