Arne has 18 years of experience in leadership and management director positions. In the FMCG and Life Science sector he has developed teams of up to 3.500 employees and reached a two digit growth in a declining market.

Having successfully led and implemented several turnarounds, digitalization strategies and change processes, has led to a believe in growth, sales and the need of constant change.

Arne is customer focused and has a holistic approach with flying high and diving deep. Arne works in an international environment with strong ties into China, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
