Annegrethe collaborates with both Danish and international organizations across industries – particularly within professional services, energy, life science, and healthcare, as well as other knowledge-based and specialist-driven organisations. She is known for her attentive, engaged, and solution-oriented approach, where relationships, insight, and results go hand in hand.

Annegrethe brings solid leadership experience to her advisory work from previous leadership roles, including at executive level. As Group Director, she has worked both nationally and internationally with Executive Search and Leadership Advisory, and has held leadership responsibilities in business development and sales management in the role of Sales Director. Her experience provides a practical foundation and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities leaders face in practice.
