With more than 25 years of experience in senior management and on supervisory bodies – including as CHRO and executive board member in listed corporations, in mid-sized family-owned companies (Mittelstand), in the cooperative sector and in public institutions – she knows the demands placed on corporate leadership in phases of growth, crisis and transformation from her own executive responsibility. Her roles in globally operating organisations have taken her to almost every continent. As a member of various supervisory and advisory boards – in the public sector as well as in the private sector – she knows first-hand what makes board work effective, where the interfaces between oversight and operational management lie, and which personalities genuinely strengthen a board.

Her advisory work centres on the composition, development and effectiveness of leadership and supervisory bodies: the development and appointment of executive board, managing director, supervisory board and advisory board positions, the design of competency profiles and succession planning, the support of individuals and boards through change processes, and confidential sparring for chairs, individual members and future board members.

Her focus: The quality of decision-making in supervisory bodies as well as in executive and management boards. Particularly in economically and socially demanding times, boards must steer organisations securely, create value and at the same time take responsibility for the people within the company.

In her private life, her passion is classical music, to which she is also dedicated through her cultural engagement.
