Lars Romsøe

For more than 35 years, Lars Romsøe has worked in the fields of digitalisation, technology and business development in both national and international companies. For the past 25 years, he has been a member of senior management as CIO and IT Director, with responsibility for strategy, transformation and building high-performing organisations.

His experience ranges from the development and implementation of digital strategies to the management of complex change processes, international organisational development and the establishment of strong teams of leaders and specialists. Throughout his career, Lars has been responsible for significant technology investments, business-critical transformations and organisational development, where technology has been translated into measurable business results.

As an Executive Consultant at Birn+Partners, Lars advises executive management teams and boards on the recruitment of leaders within IT, technology and digitalisation. At the same time, he acts as a strategic sparring partner for companies seeking to strengthen their leadership capacity and create real business value through digitalisation and AI.

Lars is known for his ability to quickly understand the business, challenge existing thinking and translate strategy into action. His advice is based on many years of practical experience from the other side of the table – where decisions had to be made, results achieved and people developed.
