Paal Berg

Paal brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience, spanning roles from Sales and Marketing Director to CEO in both established international corporations and high-growth companies.

Throughout his career, he has led sales, business development and commercial transformation across Norway, the Nordic region and Europe, with experience from companies including Telenor, Microsoft and SAS Institute. As CEO of companies such as Elywhere and Fastcharge, he has taken responsibility for strategy, financing, organisational development and market expansion.

Paal has extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams, developing individual talent and recruiting complementary leadership and specialist capabilities. This gives him a strong understanding of what it takes to identify, attract and develop the right people to support an organisation's strategic ambitions.

Paal holds an MSc from BI Norwegian Business School and the University of Oslo. He believes that successful leadership starts with people—understanding their strengths, motivations and potential. Clients describe him as an attentive listener, highly engaged and approachable, combining commercial insight with a genuine interest in people and organisations.
