Having spent much of his career leading businesses himself, Per brings an executive perspective to search and leadership advisory. He has first-hand experience of the challenges facing CEOs, boards and owners when businesses are growing, transforming, restructuring or entering new markets.

At Birn+Partners, Per focuses on Executive Search, Board Services and senior leadership advisory. He works closely with owners and boards to identify leaders who combine the right experience and capabilities with the judgement, personality and cultural fit required to succeed in a particular organisation.

Per has held CEO and senior executive positions at companies including NetEnt, Dustin Group, Dell and Siemens, and has extensive experience as Chairman and board member in both listed and privately held companies. Throughout his career, he has led major transformations, international expansion, organisational change and value-creation initiatives across a broad range of industries and markets.

His international experience spans the Nordics, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the United States.
