With a strong track record in corporate strategy, governance, and succession planning, Ricardo advises boards and senior leaders on complex challenges such as transformation, leadership development, and international career transitions. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including energy, retail, logistics, private equity, and family-owned businesses.
