Annegrethe specialises in Executive Search, Leadership Development, and Board Advisory. Her work is centred on the fundamental belief that an organisation’s success is inextricably linked to the quality of its leadership and the health of its internal dynamics. By combining an understanding of leadership, business and organisational behaviour, she advises boards and management teams on achieving sustainable growth. Her methodology is never “one-size-fits-all”; instead, she offers a tailored approach that respects each partner’s unique culture and long-term strategic goals. Annegrethe collaborates with both Danish and international organisations across industries, particularly within professional services, energy, life science, and healthcare, as well as other knowledge-based and specialist-driven organisations.
Annegrethe brings leadership experience from previous roles, including at the executive level, to her advisory work. In her previous role as Group Director, she has worked both nationally and internationally with Executive Search and Leadership Advisory and has held leadership responsibilities in business and sales development. Her experience provides a practical foundation and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities leaders face in practice.
