Over many years, Stig has accumulated extensive experience and strong competences within international business development, management, and executive search.
He has been actively involved in search and selection since 2014 - nationally as well as internationally. He has extensive experience with executive search at various levels, including C-level executives, middle management, and specialist positions.
Stig’s executive search services have spanned a wide range of industries, including IT technology, wind energy, biotechnology, medico, steel processing, food, energy production, building industry, and technical consultancy.
The personal strenghts of Stig include a strong commitment to his work, a keen intercultural understanding, empathy, and effective communication skills. He is good at building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and successfully recruiting talents in a cross-cultural context.
