Her background and results-oriented profile enable her to effectively support and assist leaders and companies in raising their performance levels and achieving the results they desire.
Pia is also a certified coach and author of the book ‘Coaching – Nå dine mål i praksis’ (Coaching – Achieving your goals in practice), published by JP Politikens Forlag.
Before joining Birn+Partners in January 2026, Pia played a key role for more than 13 years in one of Denmark's most successful management consulting and executive search firms.
