For more than 20 years, Pia has worked for Danish and international companies and clients as CEO, COO, Director, and on boards as chair and member, as well as a partner in various consulting firms.

Her solid experience in leadership, strategy development, major transformations, generational change, leadership development and consulting, C-level executive search and board work stems from many different industries, ownership structures and issues. Her background and results-oriented profile enable her to effectively support and assist leaders and companies in raising their performance levels and achieving the results they desire.

Pia is also a certified coach and author of the book ‘Coaching – Nå dine mål i praksis’ (Coaching – Achieving your goals in practice), published by JP Politikens Forlag.

Before joining Birn+Partners in January 2026, Pia played a key role for more than 13 years in one of Denmark's most successful management consulting and executive search firms.
