Roger has been consulting and recruiting internationally for more than 25 years. Over the years his network and track record have led to continual referrals and repeat assignments in all areas of his work, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, coaching, team development, leadership development and consulting.
Roger’s particular experience working with universities has led to many UK-wide and international assignments in this sector. His experience with SME sector businesses complements the extensive contribution he has made to many corporate clients internationally. He has worked throughout Europe, as well as in India, the Middle East and Russia.
Education
Roger has studied to graduate and postgraduate levels in management, psychology, education, organisational behaviour, social research and business (BSc MPhil PGCE MEd MBA)
Diploma in Performance Coaching and a Certificate in Life Coaching
Certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by the Coaches’ Training Institute and and is qualified to use the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI)
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation
