She´s also held a position as Nordic HR manager at a global medical company where she helped in setting up the new structure post a large scale business divestment. She was also part of the Nordics group and held key responsibility of reporting all HR related issues and topics to HQ.

During her career she has also carried out a good number of career coaching assignments mostly in the private sector. Seeing people reach their full potential by a successful recruitment process and by coaching them in the right direction is one of the key drivers at work.

Jonna has extensive experience in cross-border communication within the Nordics. Having lived in Sweden for many years as well as having worked in the Nordics has given her an in-depth understanding of differences but also similarities in the Nordic business cultures.

She provides her services in Swedish, Finnish and English.
