Tim comes with +20 years of experience from international private banking, and spent +15 years in executive management positions in several countries in Europe. Since 2017 Tim has been an independent consultant with the focus on change management, digitalization, sales and coaching. Tim has developed and managed teams in an international and multi-cultural working environment, and he has experience in leadership and management training, individual coaching and mentoring.
